We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated licensed real estate administrative assistant to join our team as an assistant for a top-producing agent and an agent for hire.--This dynamic position requires great customer service skills, organization, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is an employee position with a base salary and the opportunity for performance-driven incentives. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities --- Prepare and manage real estate transaction documentation, including listings, contracts, and closing papers --- Attend property showings, walk-throughs, inspections and closings --- Maintain sales associate's email and calendar --- Schedule and coordinate appointments, showings, and meetings with sales associates, clients, and vendors --- Provide administrative support for marketing campaigns, including database management --- Manage and respond to sales associate and client inquiries professionally and promptly --- Handle basic billing for hours worked and tasks performed --- Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned Qualifications: --- Active North Carolina real estate license --- Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field; or equivalent work experience --- 1-2 years experience in real estate or related field --- Valid NC Driver's License with proof of clean driving record --- This position requires the operation of a personally owned vehicle that is dependable and in acceptable working condition, with reimbursement at the Internal Revenue Service standard mileage rate for approved business mileage Knowledge and Skills --- Excellent organizational and time management skills --- Ability to handle stress and work under pressure, with a professional, courteous, and positive attitude --- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask --- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills --- Proficiency in real estate database management systems --- Knowledge of local real estate market --- At times, this position will require monitoring and responding to time-sensitive requests and responsibilities in the evenings and on weekends.
