We are looking for a skilled Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to join one of our real estate teams. In this role, you will actively seek out new properties for the team and foster relationships with buyers to facilitate sales. A results-driven mindset, strategic thinking, and the ability to connect with homeowners and investors are essential. A real estate license is required. Team sales and lead generation are key components of this commission-based opportunity. Responsibilities: • Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract• Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research• Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions• Follow up on all leads and requests for information• Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM• Find acquisition properties• Develop builder, developer, and contractor network• Investment property lead generation• Investment property lead follow-up• Listing appointments• Investment property buyer and seller sales Qualifications: • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments• Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented• Real estate license required• Ability to learn and coachable• Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $165,000 at plan commissions About Company: Keller Williams San Diego East Foothills is one of San Diego's most collaborative offices.
