Starting ASAP!!If this the position for you, apply to Andrew at XXXX@alinestaffing.com for immediate consideration!!Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Location details and Compensation:Location: 100% on siteMinneapolis, MNHours: Day shift, 30 - 38 hours per week, 10 hour shifts during weekdays; 7-8 hours during weekend. Schedule is usually 3 weekdays + 1 rotational weekend day.Payrate: $33.79/hrLPN Hours/Highlights:The LPN will provide holistic evidenced-based care inclusive of accurate assessment diagnosis treatment management of health problems health counseling and disposition planning for our patients.This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needsBenefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insuranceA 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility datesWhat does the LPN do?This includes education and treatment for pregnancy prevention sexually transmitted infection STI Prevention and safer sex practices.Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection servicesAdminister immunizations and injections to include but not limited to COVID19 influenza TB and provides evidence-based patient/parent vaccine counseling and education. bull Assess patients during intakeTake vital signsPerform diagnostic tests such as EKG Retinopathy screeningPerform Point of care testing including COVID testingPerform patient registration and intake assist with wait room management and other responsibilities to enhance the patient experience.Order equipment and prepare the clinic for the best patient experienceHelp meet our mission to help people on their path to better health by providing excellent patient-focused connections and activitiesLPN Qualifications/Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalentAttendance mandatory for first 90 daysLPN must have a full, active and unrestricted licenseBLS Certification requiredPrior urgent care experience is a plus, but not requiredIf this the position for you, apply to Andrew at XXXX@alinestaffing.com for immediate consideration!!#ALINE3
