Performs professional and restorative nursing services which include, but not limited to, resident assessments, recording of vital signs, administering medications and treatments. Keeps timely documentation of written reports and verbal reports ensuring that quality care is provided. Interacts with the resident’s physician, pharmacist and medical personnel as needed. Following the guidelines as outlined in the Resident Care Plan; assists residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene, and mobility. Assists with in-service and on the job training and mentoring of Team Members. Participates in and attends all required in-service training and education programs as scheduled. Other duties as assigned.
