Responsibilities:• Therapeutic Services: Conduct individual, couples, and/or group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices to help clients achieve their mental health goals.• Client-Centered Care: Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring a compassionate and tailored approach.• Team Collaboration: Participate in weekly team meetings to enhance client outcomes through shared insights and continuous professional growth.• Measurement-based care: Use systematic and routine client assessment to provide evidenced-based practice• Ongoing Professional Development: Enhance learning opportunities, including continuing education, advanced certifications, and clinical supervision. Qualifications:• Education: Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field.• Licensure: Valid Washington State license as an LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or equivalent.• Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years in a behavioral health setting.• Skills: Strong client advocacy, evidence-based practice proficiency, and commitment to ethical care.• Cultural Competence: Ability and willingness to work with a diverse population.
