We are dedicated to delivering high-quality electrical solutions and are looking for motivated individuals who share our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities: For Journeyman Electricians: Installation and Maintenance: Execute the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in compliance with applicable codes and standards. Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to apprentice electricians. Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure project success. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues efficiently. Conduct thorough inspections to identify and address problems. Safety: Prioritize and enforce safety protocols on job sites. Conduct safety assessments and implement corrective actions as necessary. Blueprints and Documentation: Learn to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Assist in maintaining accurate records of work performed. Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines. Report potential hazards and actively participate in creating a safe work environment. Qualifications: For Journeyman Electricians: Valid Journeyman Electrician license. Proven experience as a Journeyman Electrician. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and codes. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and leadership abilities. For Apprentice Electricians: Enrolled in or completed an electrical apprenticeship program. Basic understanding of electrical systems and components. Eagerness to learn and contribute to team success. Commitment to safety and following guidelines. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Certifications: Valid Journeyman Electrician license (or experience).
