Conduct thorough initial and ongoing clinical assessments, providing therapy, counseling, and practical guidance to clients. Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each client’s unique needs. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment activities in our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system. Qualifications: Education : Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited university Licensure : Active LISW or LPCC license to practice in the state of Ohio Skills : Strong clinical skills with experience in evidence-based treatment modalities Proficiency with electronic medical records and strong computer skills Effective communication skills and cultural competence in working with diverse social, racial, and ethnic groups Commitment : A passion for community-based mental health services Powered by JazzHR
