We are looking for a behavioral therapist with a friendly demeanor and strong analytical abilities. As a behavioral therapist, you will be responsible for delivering all therapist services such as completing assessments, guiding groups, treatment and discharge planning, and patient care documentation. We are seeking someone with a valid LCSW or LCSW-C (licensed clinical social worker) or LMSW or LCPC or LGPC license in the state of Maryland with 1-3 years of experience. Responsibilities: • Perform regular wellness checks by phone to inquire about behavioral health status and medication adherence• Utilize evidence-based methods to provide group and individual treatment to patients and families• Complete patient-related documentation and communicate relevant clinical information to both the patient, referring provider, and treatment team• Incorporate treatment team input to design plans based on the patients' values, objectives, and health, while ensuring that support structures are easily accessible • Evaluate client needs and create individual interventions while establishing person-centered goals for behavior modifications Qualifications: • 1-3 years in a clinical setting working with behavioral health patients is required• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical ability as well as outstanding interpersonal and communication skills are needed• Current and unrestricted state license as an LCSW (licensed clinical social worker) or equivalent• Licensed in the state of Maryland with any of the following LCSW-C / LMSW / LCPC / LGPC Compensation: $45 - $60 hourly About Company: Montgomery Wellness Hub LLC is an Outpatient Community Mental health Agency in Montgomery County, Maryland.
