MUST BE a licensed Realtor or currently taking real estate classes. Responsibilities: • Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered• Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process• Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria• Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales• Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service Qualifications: • Present yourself in a professional manner• Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently• Can spend a large amount of time driving• Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease Compensation: $120,000 commission About Company: The FAM Realty Group are carefully selected individuals who each bring their own strengths, natural talents, skill set, & individual journey to the center of the company’s heart & mission.
