Description:
A company is looking for a Virtual Adolescent Family Therapist focused on adolescent virtual partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs. Key Responsibilities Facilitate family sessions via Zoom with adolescent patients and their caregivers Provide guidance and support to families to promote patient progress and effective home support Collaborate with the treatment team and communicate with outside providers for continuity of care Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Must reside in the state of Illinois Two years of post-master's family therapy experience preferred Two years of post-master's experience in higher levels of care preferred Hold relevant licenses or certifications such as LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD, or associate licensure Possess a core skill set in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
