A company is looking for a Legal Pricing Manager to join its Sales organization. Key Responsibilities Conduct consultations with Customer Success Managers and sales teams regarding pricing and negotiation playbooks Document and incorporate prospect preferences into the pricing model spreadsheet Collaborate with R&D teams to enhance the digitization of negotiation processes Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience, with at least 2 years in transactional legal roles as an attorney or paralegal; JD preferred Direct experience in negotiating NDAs is strongly preferred Demonstrated interest in technology High emotional intelligence to foster collaboration and resolve conflicts Ability to work across multiple teams including sales, customer success, and product
