This range is tied to the British Columbia market for jobs performed in British Columbia. Dimensions About this role The Legal team has an exciting opportunity for a Legal Manager, Commercial in our North America office based in Vancouver. This position will report to the Head, of Legal, North America, and work with a variety of internal partners across all functional areas at the North America office based in Vancouver, as well as at the mine sites. Primarily supporting commercial matters for Newmont’s mine sites in Ontario and Quebec but capable of supporting other North America business unit legal work. The Legal Manager, Commercial will provide legal advice, analysis, and support on a broad range of areas including, commercial contracts, joint venture management, environmental and permitting, local partner disputes, and corporate transactions (acquisitions, divestitures, and other public M&A with TSX.
