Job DescriptionOverview:This is a seasonal opportunity for a current student interested in pursuing a career in law. This individual will support the Legal department with a variety of tasks, including contract review, records and data management, and assistance with real estate projects.Duties and Responsibilities:Include but are not limited to: * Review executed contracts and enter contract data into the Legal team's contract management system * Review and correct existing data within the contract management system to ensure accuracy * Convert certain real estate documents from hard copy to electronic format, and organize such files within the Legal filing and contract management systems * Perform other data entry tasks accurately and efficiently * Perform certain administrative tasks as neededSkills and Qualifications: * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program * Must prioritize and uphold confidentiality * Ability to work independently or on a team * Strong organizational and problem-solving skills * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn the Legal team's contract management system
