Join New York Wills & Estates, a leading law firm specializing in estate planning and wills, as an Inside Sales Representative. This remote position offers a dynamic work environment where you will engage with prospective clients and drive business growth. We are currently seeking bilingual candidates fluent in English and Russian languages to cater to our diverse worldwide clientele that requires legal representation in New York and New Jersey. Responsibilities:• Facilitate consultations with prospective clients via Zoom to understand their needs and introduce our services.• Follow up with prospects and past clients to build lasting relationships and secure new business.• Utilize effective sales and communication skills to educate prospects on the benefits of our firm’s services.• Manage time and resources effectively to meet or exceed sales performance expectations. Qualifications:• Strong sales acumen and proven customer service skills.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with native and/or fluent proficiency in both written and verbal English and Russian .• Ability to work independently, self-manage, and prioritize tasks effectively.• Proficiency with Zoom and other virtual meeting platforms.
