The appointed Legal Assistant will be responsible for assisting the team and the wider departments where required to ensure exceptional levels of client care. In this role as a Legal Conveyancing Assistant, your key duties will include, providing quotes to clients, dealing with registration of property at the Land Registry and answering any requisitions that may be raised, file closing, handling enquires from estate agents, clients and solicitors and general administrative duties. The position offers a friendly and supportive work environment and the opportunity to take on an exciting role. THE CANDIDATE: Applications are welcomed from candidates that will have gained a minimum of 12 months' experience within a similar role. You should possess excellent client care skills and the ability to communicate well with colleagues and clients alike. Ideally, the candidate will want to focus on licensed conveyancing and administrative duties. Our client is seeking a dynamic legal professional who will step into this role and become an integral member of the team.
