With years of experience, we have successfully represented clients in cases involving car accidents, medical malpractice, workers' compensation, slip and fall injuries, and social security disability. In addition, we provide assistance with general business matters and estate planning and administration. Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for a Legal Assistant Paralegal at Daly & Clemente - Attorneys at Law. The Legal Assistant Paralegal will be responsible for tasks such as legal document preparation, communication with clients and other legal professionals, research, and document review. Qualifications Law knowledge and understanding of legal processes Experience in legal document preparation Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to conduct thorough research and analysis Proficiency in document review and management Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a team Proficiency in MS Office and legal research databases Experience in personal injury law is a plus Paralegal certification or Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies is preferred
