GENERAL DESCRIPTION Works closely with production staff conducting well activities near the Barstow / Pecos area of West Texas. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES On a daily basis, perform full walk around of wells & facilities & reports, via entry to EVIN system, any wells down, leaks or spills. Submit timely reports to Senior Lease Operator, Assistant Production Foreman, and other field management. Pump and gauge one or multiple routes under direct supervision of more experienced production staff. Limited maintenance and repair responsibility at battery and wellhead. Responsible for maintenance, safety, and overall condition of assigned company vehicle. Communicate well with team leaders or other persons on staff. Willing to work long hours or cover other routes when needed. Provide additional support to Senior Lease Operator, Assistant Production Foreman, and other field management as needed. REQUIRED SKILLS Entry Level: No experience is required DESIRED SKILLS One (1) year of experience is preferred EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS OR YEARS OF EXPERIENCE Must have a minimum of three (3) years driving experience. Must have and maintain a valid and unexpired Texas Driver License. No minimum education requirements, however, H.S. Diploma or GED is preferred PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORK ENVIRONMENT Wear personal protective equipment, including but not limited to hard hat, steel-toed safety shoes, hearing protection, safety glasses, goggles, and full body fireproof uniform Ability to comprehend, remember, and follow verbal and written directions and comply with company policies, procedures and standard Ability to work in noisy environments Climbing 16’ or 25’ stairs Frequently lift, up to 50 lbs. individually and up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
