Description:
A company is looking for a Learning Experience Designer to develop and deliver impactful training for its sales team. Key Responsibilities Design and develop sales enablement training, including eLearning and workshops Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and tailor learning solutions Measure and analyze the effectiveness of learning programs and continuously improve content Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, preferably within a SaaS company Proficiency in instructional design software and multimedia creation tools Strong experience with LMS and CMS platforms In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles, especially for sales training
