Here are some key accountabilities of the role: This position is responsible for consulting with assigned business units to provide learning strategy recommendations for sustainable, customized learning solutions. This position will manage complex learning projects and work with the business unit to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, recommending updates as necessary. A key accountability of this role is to support the implementation of all learning solutions, setting the business unit up to effectively manage execution Develop strategic and complex partnerships with business units, client groups and TJXC’s business-dedicated training team Consult to identify client needs and recommend innovative solutions that address the desired business outcomes Project manage complex L&D solutions through the design/development and delivery stages and support implementation of all leadership/operational/technical training and performance support initiatives in partnership with the L&D Manager,.
