Learning and Development Manager Up to $65,000/year Full Time Mercer County, NJ Who We Need: We are currently looking for a Full Time Learning and Development Manager to join our Team in Mercer County. Must be able to work in the evening as needed. What We Need: Work with Director of Training and Organizational Culture to develop and implement training initiatives that support the Agency's commitment to professional development and growth. Conduct training needs analysis across all departments, obtaining feedback from both frontline employees and management. Act as primary trainer for daytime classes, including but not limited to: New Hire Orientation, CPR & First-Aid and Medical Administration (nighttime classes as needed). Act as Administrator for College of Direct Support eLearning courses as needed. Adhere to and carry out all Agency policies and procedures. Perform all other tasks as assigned. Bi-lingual - a plus. What You Need: Bachelor's Degree in related field, or relevant experience in lieu of a degree. Experience with Instructional Design to be used in multiple formats (instructor-led classroom, blended learning, and eLearning). Understanding of adult learning theories and principles. Experience with learning management systems. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suites required. Must possess or be able to obtain the following: CPR, First-Aid, and AED Instructor certification through The American Red Cross College of Direct Support (CDS) Administrator certification through The Boggs Center on Developmental Disabilities. Under NJ Executive order #283 must be vaccinated against COVID-19, with booster shots (based on CDC eligibility) and provide proof of vaccination.
