MON- THURS - 6 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Friday OT - 46 Hrs. Wk. Average $18 - $22/ Hour - Depending on Experience and Skills Systems, LLC has an Entry Level Lean Coordinator position available to join our team. Overview of Position The Lean Coordinator will help support our Safety Quality Lean Coordinator with creating and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment and will assist with safety maintenance projects and duties. Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities Assist and help lead 5s/Kaizen projects and events. Sort and discard unneeded items in the work environment and facility. Instrumental in ensuring the facility is clean and safe for all employees, customers, and guests. Maintain materials racks, bins, carts, in an orderly manner. Wipe down and clean equipment throughout the facility. Labeling and marking Painting equipment, floors, and walls Use of basic hand tools such as paint brushes, paint rollers, hammer, utility knives screw drivers, banding snips Operate floor scrubber, aerial lift, and lift truck as needed and trained. Instrumental in ensuring the facility is safe for all employees, customers, and guests. Maintain excellent on-time attendance record. Other duties as assigned. Preferred Qualifications Manufacturing experience is required Ability to work in the heavy metals manufacturing industry Experience or license in handling forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment Able to sort, organize, and maintain.
