Lead Speech and Language Therapist – Neuro Location: East London Greenwich area Permanent/Full-time position Mon – Fri covering 37.5hrs p/week Salary: Up to £62,000 p/annum depending on experience About us: Fantastic opportunity for a highly experienced Speech and Language Therapist with a passion for leadership If so, we would love to hear from you We are delighted to support with the recruitment of a Lead SLT to join our rehab centre team in the Greenwich area. Successful candidate: HCPC Registered with no restrictions on your pins Background experience working in a Neuro/brain injury rehab setting Postgraduate training in dysphagia Minimum 2 year’s experience of working at Band 7 level in a neurorehabilitation setting Ability to manage a complex case load independently with proven expertise in the field of neurorehabilitation Ability to support and motivate patients & staff members Day to day responsibilities: Lead and manage the SLT team, ensuring high standards are met across the department. Take a lead role in diagnosis, problem formulation and planning of rehabilitation programmes within the MDT.
