A company is looking for a Lead Program Control Analyst (PCA4-5). Key Responsibilities Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning for multiple programs Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on program control principles and processes Prepare and manage program budgets, conducting monthly reviews to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA preferred Minimum of 6+ years of experience in program control or financial analysis Proficiency in financial forecasting, budget management, and variance analysis Strong understanding of government contract financial regulations Experience with Costpoint strongly preferred
