Key Responsibilities Lead design efforts across various interaction modalities, focusing on user journeys and intelligent solutions Utilize lean UX methodologies to guide discovery and delivery roadmaps while collaborating with cross-functional teams Mentor junior designers and facilitate workshops to promote a collaborative design culture Required Qualifications 12+ years of experience in designing and delivering complex enterprise or consumer products A portfolio demonstrating a history of simplifying complicated customer journeys Experience with UX methodologies and tools such as journey mapping and prototyping Ability to operate at both strategic and granular levels in design Experience in leading and mentoring design teams
