This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment where you will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our production machinery. You will be a key player in our team, working closely with other departments to ensure optimal productivity and minimize downtime. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement.Responsibilities: Oversee all maintenance operations in the manufacturing facility, including packaging maintenance, boiler maintenance, oven maintenance, and mechanical maintenance. Utilize PLC troubleshooting skills to diagnose and repair issues with production machinery. Schedule maintenance workers, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Perform maintenance training for new and existing staff members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Install, repair, and maintain production machinery, ensuring all equipment is in optimal working condition. Collaborate with other departments to identify potential maintenance issues and implement proactive solutions. Develop and implement maintenance procedures and best practices to improve operational efficiency. Monitor maintenance costs and work to reduce expenses while maintaining high-quality standards. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures.Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a maintenance leadership role in the manufacturing industry. Proven experience in packaging maintenance, boiler maintenance, oven maintenance, and mechanical maintenance. Strong PLC troubleshooting skills. Experience scheduling maintenance workers and performing maintenance training. Demonstrated ability to install, repair, and maintain production machinery. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and make informed decisions. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with other departments. Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in the manufacturing industry.
