WHAT THIS FOOD SERVICE ROLE ENTAILS As a Lead Line Cook, mornings start with setting the kitchen line to ensure smooth service for our restaurant. As orders pour in, you grill, sauté, fry, and masterfully read tickets to prepare crowd-pleasing dishes. Between cooking, you jump into prep work to keep everything on track. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN OUR LEAD LINE COOK 8+ years of relevant experience ServSafe certified (or willing to acquire) Ability to create dishes and give input on the menu Preferred Qualifications: ServSafe manager certified WORK SCHEDULE This is a full-time food service position, with shifts from Wednesday to Sunday from 11:30 AM to 10 PM.
