A company is looking for a Lead GRC Analyst to oversee cybersecurity compliance and risk management. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement GRC strategies, policies, and procedures for compliance Lead risk assessments and manage organizational risks Oversee audits and compliance activities, acting as a liaison with external auditors Required Qualifications BS degree in Information Security, Risk Management, Business Administration, or related field 5+ years of experience in GRC or risk management with leadership experience Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, or CRISC preferred Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements like GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS Expertise in developing GRC frameworks and security solutions
