A company is looking for a Lead Counsel - Privacy & Technology (Remote). Key Responsibilities Provide strategic legal expertise on data and technology compliance issues Advise on complex projects and collaborate with legal, compliance, and business teams Monitor new laws and regulations, identifying relevant issues for the organization Required Qualifications and Education Juris Doctor or L.L.B. Degree with continuing legal education in relevant specialties Authorized to practice law in Wisconsin or applicable jurisdiction 8+ years of experience in privacy, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence laws In-depth knowledge of applicable laws in the insurance or financial services industries Ability to understand economic and industry data to balance business opportunities and legal risks
