Responsibilities: Provides personal care services including: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, and other care as designated Assist residents in dining Provides homemaking tasks Responds to and reports changes in resident's health status and/or any recommendations for changes that should be made to the resident plan of care Completes thorough daily charting Works well with a team to provide a caring environment Block schedules - you'll know what to expect!
