Ankeny Lawn & Landscapes is a 5 star rated company currently looking for Landscape Designer/Sales associate willing to make up to $65,000-$100,000 per year! Ankeny Lawn and Landscapes, LLC is actively seeking a hardworking and determined full-time Landscape Sales & Design Associate to spearhead the development of project designs including site plans, specifications, presentation of drawings, sketches, and solving design complexities. You will also have the opportunity to sell these projects to our clients giving them the backyard of their dreams! Do you have a passion for creating unique landscapes? Here are some of the reasons you will love working with us: Health Insurance Retirement Plan (With company match) Company vehicle $65,000-$100,000 per year A DAY IN THE LIFE OF LANDSCAPE SALES & DESIGN ASSOCIATE You use your landscape construction knowledge after the homeowner approves your estimate and plan. This position demands full effort from start to finish. You use materials and tools to construct the outdoor space into a beautiful sight from the design that you created. Feelings of accomplishment always surface from witnessing the development of a project blossom into a reality that you design LANDSCAPE SALES & DESIGN REPRESENTATIVE WORK SCHEDULE Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Some Saturdays and after hours meetings may be necessary) LANDSCAPE SALES & DESIGN REPRESENTATIVE / QUALIFICATIONS 3+ years of landscaping design experience Provide a portfolio Cad/Hand Sketch Designs. Completed job photos are a plus! Some sales experience is required. We will train the right person to be a high percentage closer Ability to understand client needs and design to a realistic budget Knowledge of local plants, space planning, and construction techniques Proficient in GSuite, SketchUp, VIP3D or relevant design software (good hand sketching skills ok) Commute to our office in Huxley, IA and meet potential clients on a daily basis Has landscaping design always been a passion of yours?
