Duties include but are not limited to the below: Site preparation: Removing debris Moving obstacles Demolition of mobile homes: Material handling: Loading and unloading building materials Tool operation: Operating hand and power tools Familiar with heavy equipment Clean-up: Ensuring the construction site is clean and safe Safety: Following safety guidelines Reporting emergencies Attention to detail a must Communication skills Able to work independently, as well as part of a team Must be able to lift / carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
