Job Summary Trifecta Medical is growing in the medical sterilization industry. We design and manufacture medical sterilization trays and caddies for medical instruments.We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with others. This role involves various tasks related to assembly, fabrication, and general labor within a manufacturing facility. Responsibilities Attention to details. Requires frequent bending, reaching, repetitive hand movements, standing, walking, squatting. Working with your hands. A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment. Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to take directions. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Support warehouse operations, including loading and unloading materials. Operate forklifts as required, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Follow all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment. Experience Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing facility is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with operating forklifts is a plus; certification may be required. Basic mechanical knowledge will be beneficial in performing tasks effectively.
