Amundsen Davis seeks an experienced employment attorney to join our growing and dynamic Management-Side Labor & Employment team in our Indianapolis office. The ideal candidate holds an active Indiana bar license and has seven or more years of substantial employment litigation experience navigating proceedings before administrative agencies, and defense litigation in federal and state courts. Candidates must have a proven track record of preparing Motions for Summary Judgment specific to employment litigation. Experience with labor a plus but not required.
