The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing attorney with a strong interest in working on behalf of public agencies. Administrative hearing experience is a plus. The candidate must possess excellent academic credentials, as well as strong research, writing, and analytical skills. Duties:Provide legal counsel and representation to public agencies in labor and employment matters.Conduct legal research, analysis, and case preparation.Draft legal documents such as complaints, answers, motions, and briefs.Represent clients in administrative hearings and other proceedings.Advise clients on compliance with labor and employment laws and regulations.Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.Stay updated on changes and developments in labor and employment law. Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the State Bar of California.Minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing attorney.Strong interest in labor and employment law and working with public agencies.Administrative hearing experience is a plus.Excellent academic credentials.Strong research, writing, and analytical skills. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:Admission to the State Bar of California. Skills:Knowledge of labor and employment laws and regulations.Legal research and analysis.Drafting legal documents.Advocacy and negotiation skills.Communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.
