An elite law firm with a national reach is seeking a Labor and employment Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of solid experience in employment law. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation skills and, ideally, some transactional experience, such as drafting handbooks and employment-related agreements. Responsibilities: Handle employment law litigation matters. Draft and review employment-related documents, including agreements and handbooks. Provide legal advice to clients on employment-related issues. Conduct legal research and prepare documents for court proceedings. Qualifications: 3+ years of employment law experience. Licensed to practice in California. Strong writing and communication skills. Excellent academic credentials. Transactional experience is a plus but not required.
