A top-tier law firm in Boston, MA, is seeking a talented Labor & Employment Associate Attorney to join their dynamic defense team. This firm serves clients across New England, providing exceptional legal representation in labor and employment matters. Key ** Represent clients in employment litigation and administrative proceedings. Provide advice and counsel to employers on workplace law matters, including employee relations, compliance, and risk management. Draft and review employment-related agreements, policies, and procedures. Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and briefs. Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring timely and effective resolutions. ** 2-5 years of experience in labor & employment law, preferably on the defense side.
