While most staffing firms emphasize transactional services (taking and filling job orders), BTI Solutions focuses on providing more strategic solutions.By acting as workforce consultants, we are able to find innovative and intelligent strategies for improving productivity, meeting project deadlines, improving hiring quality, decreasing turnover, and reducing total labor costs.Our recruiting and candidate assessment process assures the highest quality matches between job seeker and employer, so you will get people who not only have the right qualifications but who also have the appropriate personality fit for your organization.Proven results.More than anything, the biggest difference with BTI Solutions is the one that matters most: bottom-line results. * 95% client satisfaction rate - measures client satisfaction vs. expectations. * Our clients have worked with us for over 10 years, on average. * BTI Solutions counts 4 Global Telecommunication companies as clients. * Client referrals are BTI Solutions' largest source of new clients. * Google Review 4.4, Facebook Review 4.8Korean Bilingual Validation EngineerResponsibilities: * Perform validation for telematics/infotainment products by utilizing test benches and vehicles * Support and communicate with R&D team, not only in North America but other regions such as Korea * Support to resolve technical issues * Maintain relationships with overseas counterparts to effectively share information and resolve issues * Support production part approval process testing as needed (PPAP) * Utilize tracking system to report and track product defects * Create/maintain test cases per product specifications * Analyze test results to determine if product meet specifications * Responsible for executing Sanity, Full test cases, and Regression/confirmation testing for assigned sections * Other Duties as assignedQualifications: * Knowledge of Infotainment/Telematic systems, Vehicle networking (CAN/Ethernet), Wireless technology (3G/4G, VoLTE) * Recognize and mitigate both technical and organizational challenges * Knowledge of test bench and vehicle setup * Knowledge of specifications and ability to analyze test results * Strong commitment to quality and attention to detail * Knowledge of the process on how to create test cases with the appropriate test case structure * Knowledge of how to interface with the bug tracking system * Good Communication skills * Desire to learn constantly and dive into new areas with unfamiliar technologiesPreferred (Not Required): * Bachelor's Degree * Knowledge of vehicle development process
