Responsibilities: Provide a full range of intelligence and administrative support to assist analysts; Activities include, but are not limited to, building and maintaining databases; monitor intelligence, and managing organizational distribution lists, shared groups/calendars, and shared drives; Produces metrics, graphics, and briefings as required to support production management and mission management functions; Assist the organization with aligning processes and technology to enable information sharing amongst analysts and organizations to enhance analytic production; Provide training on various analytic tools as needed.Work to be performed at DIA facilities across the NCR: Reston, VA; DIA HQ; Pentagon; Liberty Crossing; and Bethesda, MD. Requirements: Senior-level: Desired Education: master’s degree or bachelor’s degree and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the master’s degree. Senior-level: Desired Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years Mid-level: Desired Education: Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. Mid-level: Desired Experience: At least 8 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years Security Clearance: Active DoD security clearance requirements apply to this position.
