A company is looking for a Knowledge Base Management Manager to create and optimize content for a digital knowledge base serving remote telecommunications workers. Key Responsibilities Organize and standardize content for easy access to answers, guides, and support resources Collaborate with internal teams to gather content requirements and ensure accuracy Develop and enforce content governance standards and maintain a content maintenance plan Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a related field 5+ years of experience in content development or knowledge base management Experience working in telecommunications with knowledge of technical activities Proficient in project management tools and collaboration platforms Experience developing taxonomies and content governance standards
