Salary: £21,328As a Key Contractors Analyst, you will be responsible for management of the relationship with our key contractors this will include utilities, corporate and key approved contractors. you will also be responsible for managing all projects that involve Contractors or being part of larger project teams and finally the reporting of the creditors. Ensuring payment runs are completed. Using excel to analyse data and identify aged debt and manage the financial risk to the business. Liaise with Property Managers to identify solutions when there is aged debt. Building relationships with key contractors and communicating with them regularly over the phone and by email. Ensure the reports provided to other teams within RMG are understood and feedback is regularly backssed so the information provided is useful. Professional Skills: Ensure that the business understands the reports being produced/provided Ensure that feedback is regularly backssed on reporting to ensure that it is still beneficial to the business Be able to drive the changes and encourage new ways of thinking into the business Ensure the vision and values of the division are reflected in the work that is produced Encourage cross-departmental working to maximise efficiency Make suggestions based on feedback to further improve standards, processes and service Work in conjunction with the.
