The applicant should have background in the following government contracts practice areas: Litigation, including bid protests, disputes, and claims; procurement fraud investigations and related litigation. General counseling on government contracts-related business and regulatory issues, including government contract formation, compliance, mergers and acquisitions due diligence, data rights and subcontracting. Portable practice of $350,000-500,000 is desired. "This mid-sized firm represents a broad spectrum of business, commercial and litigation practices. On the corporate side, substantive areas of law practiced include securities, mergers and acquisitions, tax, health care, estate planning, public finance, real estate, commercial lending, intellectual property, international and trade finance.
