Job Description Your Responsibilities as a Junior Appliance Repair Service Technician: As a Junior Appliance Repair Technician, you will assist in delivering excellent customer service through high-quality maintenance services for our customers' appliances. Your primary responsibilities include: Assist with Diagnoses and Repairs: Help identify and fix issues with home appliances and equipment under the guidance of senior technicians. Customer Communication: Support effective communication with customers to explain the services needed. Manage Parts: Help order parts and ensure efficient use of company materials. Support Payment Collection: Assist in handling payment collection for completed work. What You Need to Succeed: Exceptional Customer Service: You are the face of the company, delivering a great customer experience with empathy and professionalism. Willingness to Learn: Eager to learn from senior technicians and expand your skill set in appliance repair. Attention to Detail: Maintain a clean and organized work environment and ensure accurate completion of customer information and reports. Punctuality and Reliability: Be available and on time, as customers eagerly await your help. Efficiency: Be efficient with your time and assist in completing repairs quickly to meet customer needs. Ongoing Learning: Stay updated on new appliances and features, taking advantage of training opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills. Job Requirements: Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Licensing: Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Experience: Previous experience in appliance repair is a plus, but not required! We will provide training. Benefits & Pay: Compensation: $15.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on experience, plus bonuses and commissions. Work-Life Balance: No nights or weekends, ensuring a solid work-life balance.
