Bridges to Success Metro West is seeking passionate individuals to join our team and provide vital support to adults with physical and mental disabilities. About Us: At Bridges to Success, we offer both short and long-term supportive services to empower individuals living at home, with family, or within the community. Our mission is to help our community thrive, and we need dedicated individuals like you who want a fulfilling job that truly makes an impact! Location: Annandale and French Lake MN Hours of Position: Flexible based on staff availability and client needs Variable Hours Available: Part-time Compensation: $18.00 - $19.00/hour, based on experience Role Overview: As a BRIDGES Counselor, you will work 1:1 with adults with disabilities, providing a variety of essential services, including: Independent living services Self-care assistance Communication skills development Community living & mobility support Reduction/elimination of maladaptive behaviors Sensory/motor development Socialization Learning and improving independent living skills What We're Looking For : A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field (preferred) OR an Associate's Degree in a Social Services Discipline OR two years (4,174 hours) of supervised experience working with individuals with challenging behaviors, co-occurring mental disorders, or neurocognitive disorders A valid Driver's License, clean MVR, and auto insurance (personal vehicle required for client transport) A working mobile device capable of calls and documentation apps Strong decision-making skills, reliability, and flexibility A positive mindset!
