Job Title: Head of Accounting & Finance An established, growing company in Montgomery County with a strong mission, is looking for a Head of Accounting & Finance. You will team with the CFO to lead a highly functioning group. This is a high-level, leadership position. Requirements: Active CPA qualification Ability to mentor and develop a large staff Excellent communication & presentation skills You will work with the Board along with other business leaders and executives. This is an accounting driven role with FPA aspects as well. Experience in a multi-entity environment with complex compliance and accounting standards is required. Work Conditions: Hybrid work week.
