We’re hiring a motivated inside sales representative to join our rapidly expanding team! You’ll be responsible for closing sales with pre-qualified leads and driving the team’s revenue to meet sales goals. Responsibilities: • Meet with prospects and convert them into new clients and ensure their needs are met• Produce sales reports on a regular basis to present a status update on progress towards company customer acquisition goals• Entice customers to use our services again by following up via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication after initial purchase • Close deals that achieve the best deal possible by upselling • Maintain the customer database with updated information on past, current, and potential clients Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Achieving or exceeding monthly sales goals• Building long-lasting relationships with clients• Providing memorable and authentic customer service• Managing inventory and repairs• Custom Jewelry and special orders• Marketing and Social media posts• Assisting teammates and management as needed Qualifications: • At least one year of experience as a sales representative • High school diploma or GED required, college experience is highly valued• Working knowledge of CRM software and the sales process• Must have great communication skills, presentation skills, customer service skills, and listening skills• Experience and skills in selling luxury items are preferred but not required• Must be goal-driven and self-motivated• Honesty, integrity, and professionalism• Excellent listening skills• Strong drive to meet the needs of clients and our company• Driven to create an exceptional experience for every client• Dependable and success-focused• Exceptional communication and organizational skills• Open to learning new skills and processes• Pride in a job well done• Desire to build a new career Compensation: $29,000 - $45,000 yearly About Company: Family-Owned, 30+ years, Full Service Jewelry store, with Jewelry repair, custom jewelry and Engravings.
