We are looking to grow our team and are currently seeking dedicated individuals who take pride in maintaining a clean and hygienic environment for the several local businesses we serve. The length of shifts may vary, but typically range from 5 to 9 PM, Monday through Friday. As a janitorial cleaner, your primary responsibility will be performing general cleaning tasks and maintenance duties in the common areas of office buildings including office spaces, kitchens, and restrooms. Additional duties include: D usting, mopping, and vacuuming shared spaces, Emptying trash receptacles and disposing trash, Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, Washing interior windows, Ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Minimum qualifications: Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning supplies. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and bending. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Must be able to work effectively in a team environment. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, with a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, current automobile insurance, and a clean driving record.
