A company is looking for an ITS Senior Analyst to support IT services in a healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in program support and optimize service catalog offerings with a focus on automation Provide technical support by processing core system configurations and user requests on the ServiceNow platform Complete additional projects and duties as assigned Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in information services or a related field 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow admin or application owner 5 years of ITS technical application support experience 5 years of experience in computer hardware and/or software troubleshooting techniques ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or Application Developer certification is a plus
