A company is looking for an IT Systems Analyst responsible for configuring, researching, and maintaining software applications. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with development and business users to test and verify system functionality changes Install and configure new systems, customizing them for organizational needs Monitor system performance and provide 24/7 support as necessary Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience Three or more years of experience in technical or systems applications Strong computer/software skills and technical troubleshooting abilities Familiarity with agile development and experience with issue tracking software Jira (preferred) Proficiency with software applications used for gathering and maintaining requirements
