LRS Consulting Services is seeking a IT Project Manager for a 6-month contract opportunity with our client in the Central, IL or Kentucky area! If you're that candidate, this opportunity is made for you!The Project Managers will:Direct large-scale, complex projects that may involve multiple internal and external partnersDevelop the project charter, integrated project plan, resource plan, contingency plan, and related project management artifactsPartner with business sponsors to define success metrics and criteriaValidate financial forecasts and provide ongoing reconciliation of resources and other related project expendituresFacilitate all operational checkpoint activities throughout the lifecycle of projectsIdentify, assess and resolve project risksEnsure projects adhere to methodology and compliance standards set by the companyEstablish partnership with stakeholders continually influencing, communicating and aligning.Define and track project achievements while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall and integrated delivery planEnsure end results are of the highest caliber with a clearly articulated scope and quantifiable business benefitSupport, share findings, and mentor others within the PMO regarding standards, organizational understanding, and relationship building to promote the successful delivery of projectsRequirements:8+ years of diverse and/or large enterprise work experience in project management3+years prior experience in large scale global transformation programs with desired experience with ERP/SAP DeploymentsDemonstrated, applied experience establishing and delivering complex projectsDeep understanding and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and toolsExperienced in working with partners/vendors to lead their expectations and engaging them to address project issuesProven ability to manage projects in Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid methodologiesOrganizational Change Management mindset and experience building stakeholder and communication plansThird-party candidates will not be considered.Candidates must have permanent authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.Desired Experience:SAP S/4HANA implementation and/or deployment experience a plusLRS is an equal opportunity employer.
