SUMMARY: The position of the IT Project Coordinator supports the Manager of IT Enterprise Solutions with day-to-day project management tasks related to our Digital Transformation, with a primary focus on our Microsoft D365 ERP implementation. The role requires direct interaction with outside vendors, IT technical teams, and various internal functional leaders and subject matter experts including sales, operations, HR, and finance in order to maintain project integrity and milestones. Employee Assistance Program MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: In support of the Manager of IT Enterprise Solutions , manages day-to-day tasks and deliverables for projects related to the Digital Transformation Schedule meetings with Subject Matter Experts, Stakeholders and Consultants as required Participate in various project related meetings to record action items or decisions for key stakeholders Maintain project documentation and artifacts in an organized manner Assist the Solutions Architect in maintaining milestones, status reports and risk register Working with the Solutions Architect and team, create and maintain communications.
